Summer Camp Manager
Manage the overall camp operations during summer camps, including camp maintenance, supervision and management of staff, enforcement of rules, relationship with use group and end of camp invoicing.
Head Cook
Responsibilities include oversight of entire kitchen operation: menu planning, food ordering, oversight of meal preparation and clean-up, and ensuring food safety. Groups of 40 - 150. Experience in meal preparation for large groups and supervision of kitchen helpers required. Must have ServSafe certificate.
Assistant Cook
Applicant must be experienced in food service and enjoy cooking. Responsibilities include food preparation, kitchen cleanup and assisting the Head Cook. Must have ServSafe certificate.
Kitchen Help
Applicant will help with food preparation, table setting, and dish washing with opportunities to gain experience in all aspects of camp work. Develop leadership and cooking skills while serving. May be combined with the program staff during three weeks of Mennonite Youth Camps. Must have food handler certificate.
Lifeguard
Applicant must be certified and comfortable working on a mountain lake, experience with boats a plus. Responsibilities include some maintenance, housekeeping, and dish washing in addition to lifeguarding. American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard Certification required.
Camp Generalist
Applicant will work with kitchen, maintenance, waterfront, lead hikes and fill in as needed. Develop leadership skills while serving others in a variety of ways. Gain experience in all aspects of camp work. Must have a willingness to serve wherever needed.

Mennonite Camps Program Positions
Mennonite Program Positions are for July 16-July 21, 2023. Mennonite Camp program staff members receive a stipend for sharing in the ministry of Camp Keola. Positions are open until filled.

Counselors live with, interact with and lead a group of campers through their week of camp. Counselors have an opportunity to be a role model and to impact lives by setting an example for the campers to see. Camping experience is helpful.
Counselor in Training (C.I.T.)
CITs assist counselors and gain experience to be future counselors during Junior Camp. CITs must have completed 11th grade.
Music Director
The Music Director plans and leads music for worship during Mennonite Camps working together with speaker and Program Directors.
Activities Director
The Activities Director plans and leads activities during Mennonite camps in collaboration with Program Directors.
Nurse
The nurse helps to ensure safety and health of the campers and staff, takes care of medical emergencies, is in charge of medications and cares for ill or injured campers.
Crafts
The Crafts Director develops and leads creative arts and craft activities.
